???? Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to drive business growth in the Enterprise and SME segments within the System Integration domain. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in solution-based selling, client relationship management, and end-to-end sales cycle handling.
???? Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities with Enterprise and SME clients across multiple industries.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline for IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Networking, and Managed Services solutions.
Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to design and present customized client solutions.
Handle complete sales cycles from lead generation, meetings, proposal submissions, negotiations, and deal closures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Execute go-to-market strategies to achieve sales targets and business expansion goals.
Stay updated with industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate CRM updates, sales reports, and forecasting data.
???? Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
4+ years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development within the System Integration / IT Solutions industry.
Proven experience handling Enterprise and SME clients.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of IT Infrastructure and solution-based sales.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
