Role Overview We are hiring an experienced HR professional for a factory-based role. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in statutory compliance, contract labour management, and factory HR operations. ???? Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with labour laws & factory regulations Handle statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, Factory Act) Manage contract labour & liaison with contractors Oversee factory recruitment & workforce planning Handle payroll inputs & coordination Maintain compliance records & audit readiness Coordinate with government authorities when required ???? Required Skills ✔ Strong knowledge of factory compliances & labour laws ✔ Experience in contract labour handling & liaison work ✔ Recruitment & payroll coordination experience ✔ Advanced Excel skills (MIS, payroll data, compliance tracking) ✔ Good documentation & audit handling ability ???? Candidate Profile 8–10 years of relevant factory HR experience Must demonstrate employment stability Experience in manufacturing / industrial setup preferred Strong coordination & problem-solving skills ????
