???? Hiring: HR Executive (Male)( ???? Location: Head Office (Pune-Bhugaon) ???? Qualification: MBA – HR ???? Experience: 1.5 – 5 Years ???? Department: Human Resources ???? Reporting To: HR Manager ???? Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations including Recruitment, Payroll Support, Employee Engagement, Training & Development, Performance Management, MIS, and Exit Formalities. ???? Key Responsibilities: ???? Recruitment & Selection Execute recruitment process as per HR policy Source candidates through job portals, social media & agencies Conduct interviews & shortlist candidates Coordinate with HODs for manpower requisitions & offer release Ensure recruitment timelines (45 days junior roles / 2.5 months senior roles) Drive referral hiring (minimum 50% through referrals) Follow up on offer acceptance & resignation confirmation ???? Induction & Onboarding Conduct new joiner departmental introductions Share welcome announcements Maintain employee personal files (OL, Appointment, Confirmation, Increment, Transfer, Promotion etc.) ???? Payroll Support Assist in attendance deviation management Maintain payroll data accuracy & confidentiality ???? Training & Development Prepare training calendar & budget Conduct minimum 3 training programs per month (1 external, 2 internal) Identify training needs & maintain training records ???? Employee Engagement & Relations Plan engagement activities & maintain engagement calendar Handle employee grievances effectively Conduct employee surveys & retention initiatives Organize events, celebrations & team-building activities ???? Performance Management Upload KPIs and ensure employee acknowledgment Conduct structured performance reviews ???? MIS & Reporting Prepare HR MIS Reports (Org Chart, Recruitment Tracker, Sales Manpower Report, Monthly HR MIS PPT, etc.) ✅ Mandatory Skills End-to-end HR Operations experience including Recruitment, Payroll Support, Employee Engagement, Training & Performance Management with strong MIS reporting skills. ????
