Organizational Reporting Reports to: Manager CRM Manager CRM reports to: CMO ???? Key Responsibilities Ensure excellent post-sales customer experience. Meet business objectives related to collections, registrations, changes, and possession. Forecast and achieve monthly targets for collections and registrations. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for timely delivery. Implement CRM processes effectively while achieving targets. Respond to customer queries promptly with accurate information (written & in person). Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with registration procedures. ????
